Réelle tradition suédoise, la fika est la "pause-café" du suédois. C'est un moment où ils profitent de la journée, ils s'arrêtent et prennent un moment pour eux. Principalement accompagné d'un café et d'une pâtisserie, la fika est très importante dans la vie sociale des Suédois.
Les Scandinaves et notamment les Suédois savent apprécier les petites choses de la vie et prendre le temps de se poser. Ils font aussi bien attention à l'environnement qu'à leur bien-être et c'est pourquoi les Suédois est un des peuples les plus heureux au monde.

Haga est le quartier le plus "chill" de Göteborg. On y trouve le Spa Haga Badet, des restaurants végétariens, de nombreux cafés et des boutiques où flâner le weekend. C'est le quartier jeune et tendance de la ville.
Haga est donc le meilleur quartier pour profiter de la fika. Le café Husaren, avec sa vitrine remplie de kanelbullar géants (roulé à la cannelle), propose de nombreuses pâtisseries toutes plus bonnes les unes que les autres et une petite terrasse toute rénovée.
Si vous voyagez seul(e) vous pouvez très bien prendre un livre, profiter de la terrasse et observer les gens qui passent.
Les kanelbullar étant excellents, il faut en goûter au moins un durant votre séjour en Suède, mais sur place les gateaux à la carotte sont aussi très appréciés et moelleux. Tout dépend de la boisson que vous voulez choisir ! Et de l'envie du moment ! Faites vous plaisir !

Haga is the most "chill" district in Gothenburg. There is the Haga Badet Spa, vegetarian restaurants, many cafes and stores to stroll around on the weekends. It is the young and trendy district of the city.
Haga is therefore the best neighborhood to enjoy the fika. The Husaren café, with its window full of giant kanelbullar (cinnamon rolls), offers many pastries, each one better than the other, and a small terrace that has been completely renovated.
If you are travelling alone you can take a book, enjoy the terrace and watch the people passing by.
The kanelbullar are excellent, you should try at least one during your stay in Sweden, but on the spot, the carrot cakes are also very appreciated and soft. It all depends on the drink you want to choose! And the desire of the moment! Treat yourself!
