Ma recette pour rafraîchir naturellement son blond ou éclaircir ses cheveux...
J'ai fait des mèches en salon il y a un peu plus d'un mois et je n'étais pas vraiment satisfaite du résultat, car la coiffeuse n'avait pas compris ce que j'attendais ... (pas facile de s'exprimer en italien chez le coiffeur!)
Un mois plus tard, les racines réapparaissant et j'ai voulu profiter de ma séance soleil pour blondir un peu plus/mieux mes cheveux. Après avoir parcouru plusieurs sites web sur l'effet du citron et ses dangers sur les cheveux j'ai décidé de créer ma recette parfaite.
Ingrédients :
- 1 citron
- 2 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive
- 1 cuillère à café de miel
- 1 cuillère à soupe d'eau
Faire fondre la cuillère de miel dans l'eau au micro onde puis ajouter le mélange dans un bol avec le citron et l'huile d'olive.
Mettre le mélange dans un vaporisateur afin de le vaporiser sur les cheveux. Il est toujours possible de finir l'application ou d'appliquer le mélange directement avec les mains sur les cheveux.
Vous pouvez rester deux heures au soleil avec le masque pour un effet blond doré. Facile à retirer, je conseille de ne faire qu'un shampoing et coiffer ses cheveux avant de rincer.
Le + du masque : les cheveux sont hydratés et bien plus doux !

A month later, the roots reappeared and I wanted to take advantage of my sun session to blond my hair a little more/better. After browsing several websites about the effect of lemon and its dangers on hair I decided to create my perfect recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of water
Melt the spoonful of honey in water in the microwave and then add the mixture in a bowl with the lemon and olive oil.
Put the mixture in a spray bottle and spray it on the hair. It is always possible to finish the application or apply the mixture directly with your hands on the hair.
You can stay two hours in the sun with the mask for a golden blonde effect. Easy to remove, I advise you to shampoo and style your hair before rinsing.
The plus of the mask: the hair is moisturized and much softer!
